How to use the Palo Santo sticks:
Lighting: Hold one end of the Palo Santo piece in a flame (e.g. lighter or candle) until it begins to glow slightly after about 30 seconds.
Blow out: Blow out the flame. The wood should now be smoking gently.
Smoking: Pass the smoldering wood through the room, over objects, or around your body—depending on your ritual. The fragrant smoke is said to have a clarifying, relaxing, and energizing effect.
Cool: Place the wood on a fireproof surface (e.g., a bowl of sand or ceramic) and let it extinguish itself. It can be reused multiple times.
Note: Use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not leave burning unattended.
